Responsibilities:
- Address issues that have been escalated
- Perform remote troubleshooting
- Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
- Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
- Record notes regarding the issue and troubleshooting taken
- Create and maintain documentation
- Follow-up and update customer with status and information
- Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
System Requirements:
- 2+ year experience as a Helpdesk Technician (preferably an MSP)
- Good understanding of computer systems, servers, and networking
- Passionate (and patient) about problem solving and customer service.
- Diligent with note taking, following process, and documentation.
- Driven to learn more, stay positive, and grow; not only as a team member but in all of life.
- CompTia A+ and Net+ certifications are a plus!

- Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
- Record notes regarding the issue and troubleshooting taken
- Create and maintain documentation
- Follow-up and update customer status and information
- Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
System Requirements:
- Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Passionate (and patient) about problem solving and customer service.
- Diligent with note taking, following process, and documentation.
- Driven to learn more, stay positive, and grow; not only as a team member but in all of life.
- CompTia A+ and Net+ certifications are a plus!

Description
We are looking for a Business Sales Developer & Producer to drive the business development strategy for BizNet Technology. This person helps to develop strategic relationships with potential clients and partners. This person oversees business development initiatives to guide them from the opportunity lead phase to the contract phase.
Your role will be to identify a client’s business needs and work with both the client and BizNet.
What this role will entail:
- Run end-to-end pitch process, including assessing initial opportunities, collaborating with key internal stakeholders on pitch deliverables, interfacing with prospective clients, and creating written RFP responses.
- Build and maintain new business pipeline relationships with intermediaries and prospective clients
- Responsible for new sales
- Strong presentation, verbal and written skills as well as proven ability to develop well-written documents and presentations
- Participate in strategic development of new business
