We clearly made the right choice when retaining Biznet as our IT Vendor in 2016. We struggled to grow our business because of the lack of the “One Computer Guy” helping us. We were able to open more stores easily, including a main headquarters, and 4 new stores. In 2016 we had phone systems in every location, now we have ONE system hosted in a Data Center and reduced our monthly cost of service from over 3k to under $100 with SIP trunks, and our own In-House Microsoft Exchange Server for emails. They make growing our business easy, we are now 6 locations going on 7 this year.

For us, a full-time IT administrator doesn’t make sense. We struggled for years trying to manage all the different IT areas in over 20 locations that are vital to our success.
